WHO QUALIFIES?

Are you a past or current officer of a County or District Party? Then you qualify for membership in the DCOA! All Chairmen, Vice Chairmen (1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc.), Secretaries, Treasurers, and even Assistant Secretaries and Assistant Treasurers are encouraged to join the Association. Membership in the DCOA opens the door to a plethora of knowledge and resources, all available at your fingertips.
